TMF Group ditches London IPO for $2 billion CVC Capital offer

(Reuters) – Doughty Hanson’s business services firm TMF Group said it will be sold to private equity firm CVC Capital Partners for 1.75 billion euros (£1.53 billion), ending its plans to list on the London Stock Exchange.
